SAINT CATHERINE
Southern Germany or Austria, end of the 15th century.
Carved and hollowed lime. The saint is standing in contrapposto. She is wearing her hair open, with long strands down the sides. Her right hand is reaching into her mantle, and she is holding a sword in her left hand (both later).
H 125 cm.
