Rose gold 750, total weight 137g.
Rectangular case with reeded pattern and spring cover, the push-piece set with 12 baguette-shaped sapphire cabochons totalling ca. 1.40 ct. Inside with mirror and 2 rectangular inner compartments with covers. Engraved with 25.12.44. French gold mark. Ca. 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.1 cm.
