STATUETTE OF VENUS STANDING AND HOLDING A MIRROR IN HER HAND

Roman, probably 2nd century A.D.
Marble with sintering, verso flattened. Probably a fragment from a house altar. The goddess is wearing a chiton and a himation, her right breast is exposed, and she is holding the himation around her lower body with her right hand, her left hand is clutching a mirror. On a later base.
H without base 22 cm.
