Each set with 1 drop-shaped, light blue topaz cabochon within a diamond surround, suspended from a geometrically designed link, set with diamonds, to a top set with 1 round topaz cabochon and diamonds. Total weight of the 4 topazes ca. 11.00 ct and of the 72 diamonds ca. 1.30 ct. L ca. 4,3 cm.
