ECUELLE WITH SAUCER

Meissen, ca. 1750.
The lateral handles designed as flower stems, the blossoms applied to the side. Painted with fine genre scenes in park landscapes in the style of Watteau. Gold borders on the rim and inner sides gilt. Underglaze blue sword marks. Press number 21 on the bottom of the saucer.
Ø ecuelle 14 cm (without handles), saucer 22 cm.
