Mid-19th century.
Wooden core lined with ivory and tortoise shell with a light underlay. Rectangular box with a slightly convex hinged lid. The inside of the lid is lined with a mirror (cracked). The inside of the box is lined with light fabric. Removable tray with various sewing utensils in gold, gilt metal, and metal with applied mother of pearl. 1 key.
17.5 × 10.7 × 7 cm.
