TWO SIMILAR TEA BOWLS AND SAUCERS WITH A TEAL GROUND

Meissen, ca. 1735-40.
Painted with reserves featuring landscapes and mercantile-shipping scenes on a teal and gold ground, respectively. Underglaze blue sword marks, gold numbers 22. and 20.
H 4.5 cm, Ø 13.2 cm.

- Gilding of one cup highly rubbed.
- One saucer with darkened background color.
- The background color of the base of one tea bowl with chips.
- Enamel colors slightly scratched in some areas.
- One saucer damaged.
