Oil on lined canvas. Paint surface with a fine network of craquelure. Some older retouching visible in places. Minimal colour abrasions along the edges.
Under UV: several retouchings visible in the sky, on the figures and in the foreground. A fine vertical retouched crease is visible in the centre. Varnish fluoresces greenish.
