Condition:
Oil on panel, cradled. Supplemented with fine wooden strips along the edges. Paint surface shows a slight degree of wear in places, with fine craquelure. Two fine horizontal, retouched hairline cracks are visible in the lower half. Minimal colour abrasions along the edges.
Under UV: several retouchings along the edges and in the background. Smaller retouching and retouched craquelure on the figure. Varnish irregularly fluoresces greenish.
