Rosewood and tulipwood, inlaid in reserves in veneer. Rectangular body, on curved legs with sabots. Front with inclined, hinged writing surface, the inside lined with burgundy, gold-impressed leather, opening up into four drawers and three compartments as well as a compartment below a sliding cover. Bronze mounts. 2 keys.
