Oil on unlined canvas. Canvas slightly wavy. Paint surface with fine craquelure and partly slight colour loss. Slight colour abrasion along the edges.
Under UV: Dotted retouching. Varnish appears irregular in fluorescent green.
Overall condition good.
Dimensions with frame: 52.7 × 67 cm (oval). The painting will be exhibited in a frame on loan. If you would like to purchase the frame please contact a member of the 19th century department.
