Condition:
Oil on canvas, lined. Paint surface slightly worn, with a network of craquelure, partial colour losses and scattered colour abrasions. Along the *** appears a hairline crack (?). Colour losses and abrasions along the edges.
Under UV: some minor retouching, particularly on the ship, on the sky and on the foreground visible. Varnish appears in fluorescent green.
