LARGE PAINTED SUITE OF FURNITURE, ASSOCIATED

Régence and Louis XV, Basle or Strasbourg, 18th/19th century.
Wood, carved with scrolls, shells, flowers and leaves, and painted off-white. Comprising: Two canapés, four fauteuils and four chairs. Seats with caning, on curved legs. Caned backrests, à la reine. Cushions with a patterned, gold-colored damask cover. The individual items of furniture are not from the same set.
