Oil on canvas, relined. Paint surface well-preserved with a net of craquelure. Slight colour abrasion along the edges.
Under UV: some small touch-ups along the edges and in the background. Dotted touch-ups on the skin tones and the clothes of the figures. An elongated diagonal retouched canvas tear visible from the right shoulder of Anne to the hands of Mary. Varnish fluoresces greenish.
