Provenance:
Private collection, Switzerland.

In 1997, Roman Signer spread out the daily newspaper "Philadelphia Inquirer" on the floor. The artist flew then a model helicopter over the newspapers, on which a small camera with a transmitter was mounted on the back. The images were transmitted wirelessly to a video monitor and recorded. Due to the interference caused by the engine's ignition spark and the rotor blade, interference images repeatedly flickered on the screen.
