Three panels from an altar: Madonna and Child with donor family (central panel); Saint John the Baptist and Antonius Abbas (left wing)/ Saint Jacob the Elder and Saint Maurus (right wing).
Tempera and gold ground on panel.
91.3 × 53.4 cm (central panel) / 98.5 × 48.2 cm (left wing) / 98.5 × 46.8 cm (right wing).

- Probably commissioned for a Benedictine Order by Jacopo di Niccolò Corbizzi.
