Biedermeier, Vienna ca. 1830. The chapter ring signed: J. Straub B. in Wien.
Gilt bronze and brass. Designed as a bird cage with two doves. Engine-turned dial with enamel chapter ring. Movement with balance wheel and "grande sonnerie" on two gongs. Alarm on bell. 1 key.
11.5 × 6 × 22 cm.
Chapter ring with chips and cracks, somewhat loose. Gilding rubbed.
