PLATTER FROM THE HENNICKE SERVICE

Meissen, ca. 1746.
Painted in the Kakiemon style, featuring a landscape medallion with a pagoda in a double-border in iron red and brown, scattered flowering branches and a bundle of brushwood. Both sides feature the coat of arms of Count Hennicke. Underglaze blue sword mark.
33 x 38 cm.

Small chip on the edge.

Tray for a tureen.
