EGYPTIAN LION PROTOME,
Late Period, 6th–3rd century before Christ. Fragment from a piece of furniture.
Bronze, dark patinated. The eyes inlaid in gold (pupils missing). Mounted on a metal base.
H 10 cm, W 8.5 cm.
