Ref. DG42SWGCH. Large case No. D2878 with screw-down exhibition back, and bezel in white gold. Blue and rhodium-plated dial with chronograph minute- and hour sub-dials, date at 6h. Automatic in-house caliber with chronograph, Cal. BVL 303. Crocodile leather band with double fold-over clasp. D 42 mm.
