A graduated curb chain necklace, the front set with a swivel mount with 2 coins, III century B.C., "ROMA and CAMPANIA NEAPOLIS", flanked by baguette-cut diamonds of ca. 0.60 ct, the lugs with cabochon ruby terminals of ca. 1.00 ct. The clasp set with 1 brilliant-cut diamond. Signed Bulgari. L ca. 39,5 cm.
