Each set with 1 oval, yellow sapphire, totalling ca. 4.10 ct, probably not heated, surrounded by 17 sapphire-carrés of ca. 2.80 ct, suspending 1 South Sea cultured pearl of ca. 14 x 12,5 mm, the cap enhanced with 3 tapered baguette sapphires of ca. 1.40 ct. L ca. 4 cm.
