Louis XV, signed P. DENIZOT (Pierre Denizot, maître 1740), guild stamp, Paris ca. 1745/50.
Wood, finely painted with "laque de Chine" and in the "goût chinois"; idealized park and pagoda landscape on a black ground. The center with 2 sans–traverse drawers. Gilt bronze mounts and sabots, in part not original. Shaped "Brêche d'Alep" marble top.
