ROYAL TRAVELLING TEA SERVICE "A CHIFFRE DORE DE L'EMPEREUR NAPOLEON III",

Sèvres porcelain, ca. 1834-1852, the gold decoration ca. 1867 outside of the manufactory.
With manufactory marks from the period of Louis Philippe and gilder's marks from the epoch of Napoleon III. In original leather case lined with red fabric. Each piece with crowned monogram N. Comprising: 1 tea pot with cover, 1 sugar bowl with cover, 1 cream jug, 6 cups and saucers. Various marks in blue, red and green for Sèvres from 1834 to 1852, gilder's marks with crowned N from 1867 in red, marks "CHÂTEAU DE TUILERIES" in red, various incised marks. 1 pitcher with small chip, 1 cup broken.
