GHISI, GIORGIO MANTOVANO (1512 Mantua 1582).After Giulio Romano, 1573/74. Amor and Psyche. Copper engraving, 31.8 x 23.2 cm. Bartsch 45; Lewis/Lewis 50 IV (before the reduction of the plate on the upper edge). – Trimmed on upper and lower margin as far as the plate edge, on the left and right sides trimmed to the image. With trace of horizontal crease, attached by the corners to backing board. Overall good condition.
Nach Giulio Romano, 1573/74. Amor und Psyche. Kupferstich, 31,8 x 23,2 cm. Bartsch 45; Lewis/Lewis 50 IV (vor der am oberen Rand verkleinerten Platte). - Am oberen und unteren Rand auf die Plattenkante, am rechten und linken Rand bis an die Darstellung beschnitten. Mit horizontaler Knickspur, an den Ecken auf Unterlagenbogen alt fixiert. Insgesamt in guter Erhaltung.
