CLOISONNÉ VASE with a high base and a trumpet-like neck which curves outwards. On a turquoise background, four cartouches are depicted with flowers from the four seasons. On top, there is a band of intertwined flowers and a wreath of lotus leaves. The neck shows lancet-shaped leaves and classical lotus tendrils, the base shows archaic-looking geometric dragon curves. Base, inside of the neck, rims. China, around 1800, H 47.5 cm. Slightly restored, gold partially rubbed off. Berti Aschmann Collection.
mit hohem Fuss und ausschwingendem Trompetenhals. Auf türkisfarbenem Grund vier Kartuschen mit den Blumen der vier Jahreszeiten. Darüber Blumenrankenband und Lotosblattkranz. Der Hals mit lanzettförmigen Blättern und klassischen Lotosranken, der Fuss mit archaisierenden geometrischen Drachenmäandern. Basis, Innenhals, Ränder und Stege vergoldet. China, um 1800, H 47,5 cm. Min. rest., Gold z.T. berieben.
