FORK WITH HANDLE DECORATED WITH A LION
Probably French, last quarter of the 16th century.
Lightly faceted, smoothly polished ivory handle, the iron handle cap designed as a sculpted lion seated on a stylized Ionic capital. The Fork tip with three tines, a heart-shaped opening and lateral wings. Baluster-shaped style with applied spiral. Profiled fork bolster.
L 26 cm.
