Series of four sheets with views of Rome. 1. L'arco di Settimo, il Tempio di Giove Stattore & Campidoglio; 2. Torre di Conti & Santa Maria di Retonde; 3. Tempio di Venere, Tempio di Romolo e Remo...; 4. Castello di St. Angelo. Circa 1605.
Etchings on laid paper. No.1 and no. 4 with watermark: cross of lothringen with double C (see Heawood 2888/89, circa 1605); no. 2 and no. 3 with watermark with monogram (see Heawood 3182, circa 1600).
Each entitled in the plate in lower text band and numbered in the plate upper right. No 1. Signed in the plate: Guilmo. van Nieuwlant fecit et excud. Antuerpiae.
Each ca. 22.2 x 28 cm (slightly different).
