Woodcut on laid paper with watermark: glove with a decorated cuff and a long line starting from the middle finger (Meder 17, c. 1600).
The block titled in upper centre, monogrammed at the lower edge: AD.

Bartsch 127; Schoch/Mende/Scherbaum105; Meder238 II (a/b of b, with the 16 birds, the undamaged horizon line and before the damaged eye of the young woman). - A beautiful, mostly even and clear impression with a small margin around the framing line, which has possibly been reinforced or completed by pen in places. The missing lower right corner supplemented with white paper. The reverse with minimal browning at the outer margins.
