MINIATURE MINI CARNET DE BAL, probably England, ca. 1780. Yellow gold. Decorative, rectangular case, finely engraved all around with tendrils and volutes, and polychrome enamelled. Both sides with a miniature "en grisaille", one of a woman making a sacrifice at an altar, and one of a woman playing the lyre. The cover with the word "Souvenir". Inside, 5 fine florally open-worked ivory leaflets with the day of the week in English, and 1 pencil. Ca. 6 x 3.3 x 0.6 cm.

Dekoratives, rechteckiges Etui, allseitig fein mit Ranken und Voluten graviert bzw. polychrom emailliert. Beidseitige Miniatur en Grisaille mit Allegorien der Liebe und der Musik. Der Deckel mit dem Spruch Souvenir. Innen 5 fein floral durchbrochene Elfenbein-Zettel mit Wochentag in Englisch und 1 Bleistift. Ca. 6 x 3,3 x 0.6 cm.
