London, 1762/63. Maker's mark barely legible, possibly Alexander Johnston.
Rechaud on three scrolled feet decorated with sculpted acanthus leaves and shells. Pierced base. Teapot with a smooth surface. Curved spout and handle with sculpted acanthus leaves. Curved lid with a pine finial.
