Set with 1 saltwater bouton-shaped cultured pearl of ca. 10.2 mm Ø, flanked by rose-cut diamonds of ca. 0.20 ct. Size ca. 56. Unfortunately, it is not possible to tell whether it is a cultured or natural pearl in its mounted state.
