Signed in brown pen lower left: Anker.

The drawing is registered with the Swiss Institute for Art Research as an autograph work boy the artist. It was created in connection with the artist's painting of the same name (see: Kuthy/Bhattacharya-Stettler, Albert Anker. Werkkatalog der Gemälde und Ölstudien, Bern/Basel 1995, p.177, no. 355).
